🌟 EARLY YEARS LEADER – MONDAY TO FRIDAY 🌟
- 📍 Highfields Spencer Academy, Littleover, Derby, DE23 3UX
- 💷 £14.00 per hour + holiday pay
- 📋 Monday to Friday | 5 Days Per Week
- ⏰ 7:30am–9:00am & 3:10pm–6:00pm | 21.25 hours per week

We're looking for an enthusiastic, caring and experienced Early Years Leader to join our team, working Monday to Friday.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years professional who enjoys creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where young children can learn, play and develop.
⭐ Essential Requirement
You must hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years / EYFS qualification to be considered for this role.

🕒 Working Hours
Monday to Friday
- 🌅 Breakfast Club: 7:30am – 9:00am
- 🌟 After School Club: 3:10pm – 6:00pm
Total: 21.25 hours per week
🎨 What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support engaging activities for children
- Create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Plan activities that reflect children's interests and developmental needs
- Follow the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Supervise children and promote positive behaviour
- Support daily routines, including refreshments and collection
- Complete relevant records and follow company procedures
- Help maintain a high standard of care throughout the sessions
