Job Description

- This position is based in Amsterdam and you will be reporting to the Marketing Director EMEA.
The Digital Performance Manager & AI Manager is responsible for analyzing social media performance and consumer insights to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize digital marketing activities, and strengthen the brand portfolio presence across channels.
- The role leverages data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting to generate actionable recommendations that support business and marketing objectives.
- Working independently, the analyst identifies trends, develops insights, and delivers clear performance reports to guide decision-making.
- Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, consumer focus, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage complexity in a fast-paced digital environment.
- The individual collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to execute digital marketing initiatives, enhance customer experiences, and support continuous improvement opportunities.
- In addition, the role requires proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools to create and optimize digital assets, visual content, and campaign materials for deployment across social media and other digital channels, ensuring engaging, brand-consistent, and high-performing content.
- Your main responsibilities will include:
Consumer Needs & Experience Research: Conduct research and analyze customer, consumer, and market data to understand audience segments, trends, needs, behaviors, and expectations, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Digital Marketing Plan Execution: Support and execute digital marketing campaigns, including content planning, audience targeting, value proposition development, channel integration, and campaign optimization across digital platforms.
Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, organize, and analyze social media, marketing, and consumer data to identify trends, measure performance, and support fact-based decision-making.
Insights & Reporting: Develop performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations that measure ROI, campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and overall social media impact.
Consumer Experience Enhancement: Support the implementation and testing of consumer experience initiatives, tools, and processes that strengthen brand engagement and loyalty.
Stakeholder & Internal Client Management: Build strong working relationships across marketing, commercial, and cross-functional teams to provide insights, answer business questions, and deliver high-quality professional support.
AI-Enabled Content Development: Create, adapt, and optimize AI-generated digital assets, visual content, and social media materials to improve content effectiveness, increase engagement, and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
Qualifications
EU Citizenship and/or a valid work permit is required. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company’s corporate language.
3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in social media, digital marketing, marketing analytics, consumer insights, or a related field, with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with limited supervision.
Experience in social media management, including creating, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and analyzing content across social media platforms.
Experience in market research and analysis, using consumer, market, and performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.
Basic experience coordinating projects or guiding the work of others, even without formal people management responsibility.
Strong experience using data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools to measure campaign performance and communicate results effectively.
Experience creating and optimizing digital content, with proficiency in AI-powered content creation tools to develop social media assets, visual content, and marketing materials for digital channels.
