A Day in the Life
Reporting to the State Field Sales Manager, you'll be empowered to take ownership of a diverse territory across Sydney and ACT.
You'll inherit an established customer base while identifying new opportunities to drive growth across key foodservice channels including cafés, hospitality, healthcare, workplace and distributors.
Your focus will be to:
- • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
- • Prospect and win new business opportunities across your territory
- • Develop strategic territory and account growth plans
- • Build trusted relationships with customers and distributor partners
- • Deliver engaging business reviews and product presentations
- • Identify market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
- • Help customers grow their businesses through Nestlé Professional's market-leading solutions
Are you a fit?
We're looking for an experienced sales person who is commercially minded, customer focused and motivated by achieving results.
You may come from foodservice, FMCG, hospitality, beverage, distribution or another customer-facing B2B sales environment.
Most importantly, you'll bring:
- • A passion for building relationships and uncovering opportunities
- • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- • A proactive and resilient approach to winning new business
- • The ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory
- • Commercial curiosity and a growth mindset
- • Excellent planning and organisational skills
- • Foodservice experience is advantageous but not essential. If you've successfully managed customer relationships and driven business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
- • Flexibility to travel regionally (approximately every 6 weeks)
