We are currently seeking a Supervisor for our Highbrook site, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the agency operations, including overseeing a team of 6 employees.
As a Supervisor you will:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely inventory receipt, and adherence to internal systems.
- Act as the first point of escalation for clients and management.
- Drive the achievement of client KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage team performance to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Reconcile client inventory and efficiently handle investigations.
- Foster staff development and promote a learning culture.
- Plan labour resources based on client activity needs.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a positive site culture.
Our ideal candidate will bring:
- A team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect with people from all backgrounds.
- A current hoist and reach license (preferred but not essential).
- High attention to detail and proficiency in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office (Intermediate level or above).
- A strong work ethic and commitment to team development.
- A full NZ Driver’s License (preferred).
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong client relationships.
