Executive, Domestic (Customer Service)

We are looking for a customer-focused Domestics Executive to manage shipment bookings, coordinate domestic and airfreight operations, ensure timely shipment execution and deliver excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer shipment bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate shipment movements with internal operations teams, transport providers and DHL network offices.
- Monitor shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring service commitments are met.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively resolve shipment exceptions and provide timely updates to customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
We are expecting the incumbent to meet these requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain
- Experience with minimum 2 years’ in freight forwarding, supply chain or customer service operations
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel & PowerPoint); logistics system experience such as Cargowise (CW1) will be an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- This position is located at Iskandar Puteri, Johor
