Your mission, roles and responsibilities
| 2. Work content - specific working activities |
| • Implements HR policies and tools and provides management support on issues related to human resources. |
| • Ensures alignment between human resource management and plant objectives. |
| • Creates an effective strategy for staffing, recruitment, employee adaptation, training, career planning, compensation, motivation, etc. at plant level. |
| • Ensures efficient payroll and administrative processes. |
| • Guarantees working conditions in accordance with Faurecia's HSE policy. |
| • Coordinates negotiations with unions, employee representatives, negotiations with relevant authorities. |
| • Implements Faurecia HR policy and processes within the plant, including "Employee Engagement", part of the Faurecia Excellence System. |
| • Reports relevant HR information and data to the division. |
| • Participates in the continuous improvement of company processes, supports the system of good ideas. |
| • Cooperates with support functions in improving the management system (HSE, quality, ...). |
| • According to the superior's instructions, he performs other tasks that by their nature fall within the workplace. |
| • Creates action plans and resources to achieve strategic goals that align with plant capabilities. |
| • Does not hide information about employee performance, supports internal mobility and maximally supports employee development at all levels. |
| • It will ensure that in all recruitment activities it carries out, it will not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, skin colour, nationality, religion, health condition or limitation, sexual orientation, political or philosophical views or trade union membership. |
| • Will not allow unauthorized copying of software developed by the Faurecia Group, procedures, codes, manuals, presentations, training or any other programs, unless authorized by general management or an expressly authorized member of the management team. |
