Job Description

We're hiring two Consumables Demand Generation Specialists to join PerkinElmer's global consumables team in Krakow, one supporting EMEA and one supporting the US. You'll design and run Salesforce-based campaigns that drive consumables sales, working hand-in-hand with sales, product, and e-commerce, and using AI tools to personalize every touchpoint.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Ownership & Execution: Act as the primary owner of email campaign strategy and execution supporting the consumables sales organization, building, launching, and managing SFDC-based campaigns and outreach cadences that drive consumables revenue from the existing install base.
• Consumables Sales Enablement & Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with consumables sales managers and reps to plan campaign calendars, align messaging and timing with active selling priorities, and hand off warm leads/opportunities so reps can follow up quickly and effectively. Develop talking points and call scripts that equip reps to convert campaign-driven leads, and act as the go-to resource inside sales relies on for campaign-driven pipeline.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Sit within the global consumables product management organization, working closely with consumables product managers, e-commerce, and marketing teams to align campaign strategy with product priorities, positioning, and broader go-to-market plans in support of the consumables sales team.
• Data & Segmentation: Work fluently with core SFDC objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, Campaign Members, Reports/Dashboards) to build accurate, well-segmented target lists by region, product line, and reorder timing so reps are working the right accounts at the right time.
• Cadence Design: Design and continuously refine multi-touch outreach cadences that blend automated email with coordinated consumables sales follow-up, mapped to the consumables buying cycle, renewal timing, and reorder patterns, to maximize response rates and rep follow-through.
• AI-Enabled Content: Use AI-powered tools to generate and personalize campaign content, subject lines, messaging variants, and rep talking points at scale, tailoring messaging to different regions, segments, and sales motions while maintaining brand consistency and compliance with data protection & company messaging requirements.
• Performance Reporting & Feedback Loop: Build and maintain dashboards/reports on campaign performance (open rates, response rates, direct digital conversions, pipeline generated, revenue influenced), and share results and recommendations with inside sales leadership and product management to continuously sharpen targeting, messaging, and cadence strategy in support of consumables sales priorities.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, templates, and automation, working closely with inside sales, product management, and e-commerce to streamline handoffs and reduce manual effort across teams.
• Direct Digital-Driven Revenue: Design and run campaigns that drive consumables traffic and sales to the e-commerce platform, working closely with marketing, the e-commerce team, and product managers — complementing the campaign work that supports the consumables sales teams.

Profile Characteristics:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce required, including working knowledge of standard objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cadences) and how they relate to each other
• Experience building or managing email marketing/sales campaigns and multi-touch outreach cadences required
• Comfort using AI tools to draft, personalize, or optimize campaign content required
• Strong analytical mindset — comfortable pulling and interpreting campaign/CRM data to inform decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly and professionally across stakeholders in different regions, functions, and seniority levels

Expected background

• 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, demand generation, or marketing operations, with direct ownership of CRM-based campaigns
• Experience in life sciences, analytical instrumentation, diagnostics, or industrial consumables/parts industry preferred
• Familiarity with inside sales motions and how marketing/sales campaigns support a consumables or recurring-revenue business model preferred
• Experience with HubSpot strongly preferred
