Junior Controller Holdings and Treasury Back Office
Position Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled professional to join our Finance team as a Junior Controller Holdings and Treasury Back Office. This role combines responsibility for the preparation of financial statements for holdings and treasury entities, and control of treasury-related transactions, including financing and hedging activities.
The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and a genuine interest in the financial, treasury, and holding company environment.
Financial Reporting & Accounting
- Post accounting entries and prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of accounting policies and internal controls.
Treasury Operations Control
- Verify the completeness, accuracy, and validity of treasury transactions.
- Control cash movements, payments, receipts, financing, and investment transactions.
- Review and validate bank confirmations and settlement documentation.
- Monitor debt, deposits, and financial instrument maturities.
- Ensure timely settlement of treasury transactions.
Risk Management and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and authorization limits.
- Prepare SOX and internal control documentation.
- Support fraud prevention initiatives and payment security controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
- Participate in Treasury Management System (TMS) implementation and enhancement projects.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting.
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous in an international environment.
