Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales & Account Growth

• Develop and execute GTM/account plans to achieve targets for Softline & Chemical testing (TIC).
• Identify, qualify, and close opportunities with Consumer Products manufacturers, exporters, retailers, brands, sourcing offices.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned vendors/key accounts; deliver great CX with CS/Lab.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations; negotiate to close with healthy margins.
• Track opportunities & activities in CRM; provide accurate reports and forecasts.

Marketing & PR Enablement

• Co-run workshops, exhibitions, trade shows, commercial events with Marketing.
• Share market/client insights for E-newsletters, website & campaigns.
• Build relationships with consulting firms, associations, NGOs, authorities to support business development and advocacy.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Laboratory, Technical, Customer Service to ensure feasible TAT/quality and timely, accurate reporting.
• Provide voice-of-customer and competitive intel to inform new services/standards.

Other

• Support Head of Department on tasks related to Sales/Marketing/PR and other initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications – Must Have

• 3+ years strong B2B sales experience in TIC (Sofline & Chemical Testing, Inspection, Certification) — required.
• Fluent English & Chinese (HSK 4 or 5) — spoken & written for international clients/partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management; strong discipline with CRM and planning.
• Proficient with MS Office; willing to travel occasionally.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling technical/testing services and working with brands/retailers/sourcing offices.
• Relationships with industry associations/consultancies in toys/consumer products.
