Senior Account Executive

What the day will look like

• Responsible for supporting the Director in the design and implementation of effective risk management and insurance programs.
• Day-to-day management of all client service activities.
• Retention and development of existing accounts.

Account Administration

• Assisting the Director in managing workflow / priorities of all clients under their team responsibility.
• Ensuring all documentation / procedures are in compliance with the Group Standards.
• Handling and administering lenders endorsements and documentation.
• Attending client meetings.
• Attending surveys and Risk Management activities as designated.

Account Monitoring

• Attending client enquiries.
• Arranging for the processing of adjustments / amendments to insurance programs.

Renewal Strategy

• Assisting with Broking and Pre-Renewal Strategy planning.
• Insurer (and reinsurer) negotiations on premium, policy terms, wordings and endorsements.
• Completing placement of covers, policy and endorsement (Coordinated by the Director)
• Client Renewal Report and Insurance Manual preparation

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher level
• At least 3 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Native Thai Speaker
• IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook)
• Good interpersonal & Communication skills
• Customer service skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
