Vacation Specialist (Activations)

Position Summary
Join us and be involved in a team that brings future vacation dreams to life. The Outbound Reservationist contacts our guests who have purchased a pre-paid vacation packages and assist them in making their travel arrangements. You will use sales strategies to provide recommendations that meet guests' expectations and apply innovative problem-solving skills to give advice and enhance the guest experience.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, customer engagement, and delivering exceptional service while working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Work Schedule Options: (Monday–Friday + only 1 Saturday per month, Sundays off!
- AM Shift: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- MID Shift: 11:00am – 7:00pm
- PM Shift: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
