Position Overview: Our Senior HR Manager is responsible for delivering strategic HR leadership to three tier 2 leaders within the ES leadership team, while also driving ES organizational success through data-driven insights and innovative people solutions. This role requires a leader who excels at leveraging analytics to inform decision-making, optimize workforce planning, and advance talent strategies and can build strong relationships with senior business leaders, partnering to ensure talent needs are anticipated and met.
