Job Description

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining operations, sequence, and dimensions
Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, or other machining operations.
Set up CNC machines, including installation of tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
Operate CNC machines to produce components with high accuracy and within specified tolerances.
Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust offsets, and improve cutting parameters for efficiency and tool life.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of machines and work areas, following 5S and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any mechanical or control issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.

The Machinist is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires strong technical skills in CNC programming, machining processes, and quality control to ensure products meet dimensional and surface finish requirements
