Job Description

Dinamic AS Group is seeking a Service Account Assistant to support the daily management of client accounts and service-related operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both clients and internal teams. The Service Account Assistant will help maintain accurate account information, coordinate service requests, assist with documentation, and ensure clients receive timely and professional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily administration and maintenance of customer accounts.

• Respond to client questions and service requests in a professional and timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve account and service-related matters.

• Maintain accurate client information, records, notes, and documentation.

• Assist with account updates, service changes, and administrative requests.

• Monitor open requests and follow up to ensure appropriate completion.

• Prepare reports, account documentation, and internal records when required.

• Support scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative activities.

• Help identify and resolve discrepancies related to customer accounts.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information.

• Contribute to a positive and efficient customer experience.

• Support additional administrative and operational projects as needed.
