Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will play an important role in expanding GG Media’s client base and developing new business relationships.

You will identify prospective clients, initiate conversations, understand their needs, and help create opportunities for long-term partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure prospects receive a professional and consistent experience throughout the business development process.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in communication, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.

• Initiate professional outreach to prospective customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Understand prospective clients’ needs and communicate relevant company solutions.

• Qualify opportunities and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with qualified potential clients.

• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the business development process.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations, opportunities, and follow-up activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.

• Assist with developing strategies to improve outreach and client acquisition.

• Meet individual and team performance objectives.

• Represent GG Media professionally in all client interactions.
