About the department

The International Investment Marketing team creates compelling product stories and marketing content that showcase investment solutions and support client engagement. The team helps drive business growth by encouraging clients to recommend, invest in, and remain invested in Franklin Templeton products. The team manages marketing content development, product communications, and content distribution across multiple channels and regions.

How you will add value

Core Responsibilities

• You will support regional marketing projects with various team members.
• You will help us update and publish marketing materials similar to what you can find here: Franklin Multi-Asset ETF Portfolios.
• You will gather data and ensure content accuracy.
• You will follow branding standards and marketing guidelines.
• You will support quality assurance reviews before publication.
• You will upload content for distribution through email, SharePoint, and websites.
• You will collaborate using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Office tools.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications

• You’re a student, preferably in marketing, economics, communications, or linguistics.
• Previous internship experience would be beneficial but is not required.

 
Technical Skills

• Comfortable working with PowerPoint and complex sets of data.
• Able to follow established processes and brand guidelines.

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented and patient when working on content updates.
• Able to manage a flexible schedule of 25–30 hours weekly.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Spanish or French language skills are an advantage.
