The Assistant Manager – Production independently manages all production activities at the Al Quoz ready-mix concrete plant. The role makes sure that concrete is batched to the approved mix designs, meets quality standards, and is produced on time to meet customer delivery schedules. It also covers safe and efficient use of plant, equipment and manpower, and keeping production costs under control.
