Sales Executive

Alumil, one of the most evolved and technologically advanced groups in the research, development and producing of architectural aluminium systems in Europe, is looking for a Sales Executive based in Azerbaijan.
Who are we looking for?
The role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders (architects, façade consultants, contractors, developers, fabricators, distributors) and expanding the company’s presence across Azerbaijan.
Responsibilities
- Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with architects, façade consultants, developers,
- contractors and other key stakeholders.
- Identify projects at an early stage and influence product/system specification.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow opportunities from project identification through
- tender and award.
- Promote the company’s architectural aluminium solutions and provide appropriate
- support.
- Develop and manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging construction trends.
- Collaborate with the technical and logistics team in order to convert opportunities into successful projects.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales or commercial roles within the façade, aluminium, glazing, cladding, building materials or construction industry.
- Proven experience in market penetration and managing strategic customer relationships.
- Understanding of construction projects, specifications, tenders and procurement processes.
- Tech savviness -proven experience in CRM use.
- Ability to engage confidently with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and influencing skills.
- Commercially oriented, with a strong understanding of sales pipelines, margins and business targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project prioritization and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
