1. Technology Implementation:

Cordinate and lead for all existing and future Industry 4.0 Use cases under implementation or planned in future as per guidance from Head, Digitalisation and Automation.
Identify, evaluate, and implement new Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance operational processes and efficiency.
Coordinate with IT, engineering, operations and other cross functional teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Industry 4.0 solutions.

2. Data Management and Analytics:

Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure accurate and reliable data collection, storage, and analysis.
Utilize advanced analytics systems to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within operational processes and solve business problems.
Establish and maintain digital dashboards and reporting systems to track project performance and key metrics.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with key stakeholders, including operations, QA, IT, and engineering teams, to align Industry 4.0 efforts with business needs.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with external vendors and technology partners to ensure access to cutting-edge Industry 4.0 solutions.

4. Leadership and Strategy:

Work with Head, Digitalization and Automation to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for Industry 4.0 technology initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Lead the Industry 4.0 Use cases efforts within the operations team, focusing on integrating advanced technologies into existing processes.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through the adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions.

5. Project Management:

Oversee and manage all current Industry 4.0 projects, including VR-based training, DPM, DWAT, IoT-based predictive maintenance.
Plan, execute, and monitor new Industry 4.0 projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all Industry 4.0 projects comply with regulatory requirements, such as USFDA, EU GMP, and ISO standards as per project/site requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for Industry 4.0 projects, including validation protocols, user manuals, and training materials (if required)
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of Industry 4.0 systems.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Monitor industry trends and advancements in Industry 4.0 technologies to identify opportunities for future projects.
Review the recent updates from World Economic Forum, review their white paper and share the updates to reporting Manager as and when required.
Work with manager to prepare a roadmap for potential Lighthouse Manufacturing Unit in Amneal.
Provide training and support to operations teams on new Industry 4.0 tools and processes.

Key Projects and Future Initiatives: • Current Projects: o VR-Based Training: Implementation of virtual reality training modules for enhanced learning and skill development. o DPM (Digital Performance Management): Deployment of digital tools to track and optimize performance metrics. o DWAT (Digital Work Instruction and Task): Utilization of digital work instructions to streamline operations and ensure consistency. o IoT-Based Predictive Maintenance: Integration of IoT devices for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of equipment. o NLP-Based RCA Assistance: Application of natural language processing for root cause analysis and problem-solving. o Gen AI Solutions: Implementation of generative AI solutions for process optimization and decision-making. o Alarm Trending: Deployment of alarm trending systems to identify and address operational issues proactively. • Future Initiatives: o Digital Twin Technology: Development of digital twins for real-time monitoring and simulation
