About the Role
- Making calls to existing and prospective Amoria Group clients
- Meeting with key stakeholders to develop relationships
- Negotiating to secure new business
- Working in partnership with clients to scope out project requirements
- Offering tailored solutions including time & materials and work packages.
- Researching projects and pipeline within your industry
- Advising clients on the best way to overcome their project challenges
- Making a meaningful impact on global businesses, their projects and successes and on the broader societal change those projects drive.
What We're Looking For
- A proven recruitment professional with a strong track record of billing and exceeding targets
- Business development experience and a hunger to grow your client base
- Resilience, self motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high performance environment
