The territory for this position will be everything East of the Mississippi River.  

Position Summary

Responsibilities

The BPO Business Development Manager serves as a Sales Executive for new and existing BPO and Service Bureau accounts. The Business Development Manager facilitates all aspects of the sales process including but not limited to:

• Understands the company's vision, mission, and strategy; understands business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordingly.
• Identifies new sales opportunities with new and existing BPO and Service Bureau customers.
• Prospects for and develops new customer relationships within the BPO and Service Bureau markets.
• Qualifies sales opportunities through market/customer research and understanding the client's needs.
• Communicates OPEX's value proposition to customers, proposes sales solutions to customers, and reevaluates solutions where necessary.
• Develops and maintains relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
• Manages the sales process from initial prospecting and discovery through purchase order and installation.
• Closes sales opportunities by securing purchase orders or signed proposals.
• Maintains an active sales pipeline and accurately manages opportunities, sales activity, and forecasts.
• Develops and executes plans to grow revenue within assigned BPO and Service Bureau accounts and the overall market.
• Identifies opportunities to expand OPEX's presence within existing customers through additional applications, locations, and solutions.
• Provides outstanding customer service and post-sales satisfaction, facilitating long-term relationships and repeat business with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful Outside B2B Sales experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prospecting, hunter mentality, and aggressive self-motivated individual.
• Experience selling to BPO organizations and Service Bureaus preferred.
• Industry experience in Document Imaging and/or Document Management space desirable.
• Sales or Operations experience is required.
• Tech savvy and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software (with an emphasis on Excel) strongly preferred.
• Consultative selling skills – ability to assess client needs and create solutions.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required to develop and manage BPO and Service Bureau business.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record (within the last 5 years).

The salary range will be $90,000-$100,000, based on experience.
