As our Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, you'll help bring the iRoofing brand to life across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels.
You'll create engaging content, manage our social communities, support product launches and events, and help plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
You'll also be comfortable stepping in front of the camera to create authentic, engaging content for the iRoofing brand, from quick social videos and product highlights to event coverage and industry-focused content.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both the creative side of marketing and the analytical side of improving campaign performance.
What You Will Do As A Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Social Media & Content
- Develop and manage iRoofing's social media content calendar.
- Create engaging content including posts, graphics, reels, short-form videos, stories, and other digital content.
- Appear on camera and help create engaging, personality-driven video content for iRoofing's social channels.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and ideas for short-form video content.
- Write compelling captions and marketing copy that reflect the iRoofing brand and speak to roofing professionals.
- Turn product features, customer stories, industry trends, company news, and educational topics into engaging content.
- Manage daily posting, comments, messages, mentions, and community engagement.
- Identify relevant social media and roofing industry trends and find creative ways for iRoofing to participate in the conversation.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to differentiate the iRoofing brand.
- Capture photos and video content at trade shows, events, customer visits, and company activities.
- Interview customers, team members, partners, and industry professionals to create engaging social content.
Paid Digital Campaigns
- Help plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Develop campaign audiences, messaging, creative concepts, and calls to action in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance.
- Test different audiences, creative, messaging, and campaign approaches to improve results.
- Track key campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance based on data.
- Support retargeting and lead-generation campaigns that help move prospects through the marketing funnel.
- Coordinate landing pages, creative assets, and campaign messaging with the broader marketing team.
Campaigns, Events & Collaboration
- Support integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, webinars, trade shows, partnerships, and company events.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to develop relevant campaigns and content.
- Help promote iRoofing's presence before, during, and after industry events.
- Look for opportunities to turn customer experiences, events, and company activities into compelling digital content.
Analytics & Growth
- Track and report on social media and digital advertising performance.
- Use analytics to understand which content, campaigns, audiences, and channels are performing best.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data and testing.
- Help grow iRoofing's audience, brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and ultimately customer acquisition.
- Stay current on changes and best practices across social platforms, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing.
What You Will Bring As A Digital Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
- 2+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, paid media, communications,

- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills in English language.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms.
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and representing a brand in social
- media content.
- Strong English verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate naturally and
- enthusiastically on video.
- Experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels,
- TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with or strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals including audiences, targeting,
