Position Summary / ポジション概要

グローバルキーアカウントマネージャー（KAM）は、多国籍企業、TMC（旅行管理会社）、およびMICEアカウントを担当し、戦略的な売上成長を推進するポジションです。担当アカウントのグローバル責任者として、アカウント戦略の立案、商談・契約交渉のリード、複数市場にまたがるビジネス機会の創出を行います。ビジネストラベル、MICE、ロイヤルティプログラムにおける顧客ニーズとAccorのビジネス戦略を結び付け、持続的な収益成長と長期的なパートナーシップの構築に貢献していただきます。

The Global Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving strategic revenue growth across a portfolio of multinational corporate, TMC, and MICE accounts. As the global lead for assigned accounts, this role develops account strategies, leads commercial negotiations, and coordinates business opportunities across multiple markets. By aligning customer objectives with Accor's commercial priorities in Business Travel, MICE, and Loyalty, the role contributes to sustainable revenue growth and long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

• • Manage and grow multinational corporate and MICE accounts
  • 多国籍企業およびMICEアカウントの管理・売上拡大
• • Lead annual RFI/RFP processes and commercial negotiations
  • 年次RFI/RFP対応および契約交渉のリード
• • Develop Business Travel, Meetings & Events opportunities
  • ビジネストラベル・会議・イベント需要の開拓
• • Partner with hotels and sales teams to execute account strategies
  • ホテルおよび営業チームと連携した戦略実行
• • Build strong relationships with clients, TMCs, and key stakeholders
  • 顧客、TMC、主要関係者との関係構築
• • Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth
  • 実績分析を通じた収益機会の創出と成長推進

資格

Required Qualifications / 必須要件

• 学士号または同等の実務経験
• ホスピタリティ業界、旅行業界、または関連業界で5年以上の実務経験
• 法人営業、アカウントマネジメント、または事業開発の経験
• 多国籍企業、MICE、またはTMCアカウントの担当経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション力、プレゼンテーション力、交渉力
• データを分析し、ビジネス機会につなげる分析力
• 英語での業務遂行能力（その他の言語力があれば尚可）
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the hospitality, travel, or related industry
• Proven experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development
• Experience managing multinational corporate, MICE, or TMC accounts
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial opportunities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

Preferred Qualifications / 歓迎要件

• 経営学、ホテルマネジメント、観光学など関連分野の学位
• RFI/RFP対応や契約交渉の実務経験
• ビジネストラベル、MICE、ホテル営業に関する知識
• 多様な国・文化の関係者と良好な関係を構築し、影響力を発揮できる方
• Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
• Experience leading RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiations
• Strong understanding of Business Travel, Meetings & Events, and hotel commercial operations
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple markets and cultures
