Pre-Construction Manager

The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for leading and managing all activities related to the pre-contract phase of projects. This role is critical in ensuring that bids, proposals, and contracts are developed efficiently, accurately, and competitively. The Pre-Construction Manager will work closely with the business development team, Operational VP’s, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to prepare high-quality tender submissions, negotiate terms, and manage risk throughout the pre-contract process. Good understanding of various construction sectors ideal. This individual will provide strategic oversight and leadership to the pre-contract team, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
