Amico Affiliates is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the successful delivery of Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional design-build construction projects. Responsible for overall site operations, the Superintendent will provide leadership in planning, scheduling, subcontractor management, safety, quality control, and project execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader with extensive experience overseeing all phases of building construction. With strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, they will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to drive project success while maintaining Amico's commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
