Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the Hysil and Cement segments.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
Drive technical and commercial discussions to position thermal solutions and secure new business.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and market intelligence reports to support strategic decision-making.
Negotiate commercial terms, manage contracts, and ensure timely order execution and collections.
Coordinate with Production, Technical Services, R&D, Supply Chain, and Customer Support teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen market presence.
Lead customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and collection targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and customer forums to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial guidelines, and safety standards.

Skills & Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Ceramic/Metallurgical) or a related discipline. An MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
12–18 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in thermal insulation, refractory products, industrial solutions, or the cement/process industries.
