The Business Automation Analyst identifies opportunities to improve business processes through automation, AI agents, process redesign, and other technology-driven solutions, while building business cases and partnering with teams to define future-state processes. The role requires strong business analysis, process mapping, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with experience in automation, low-code technology, and collaboration between business and IT preferred.
