Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 25,000 business operators earn over $7B per year. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop.

Role

You get new education customers live and successful on Whop: coaches, masterminds, bootcamps, and anyone teaching a skill. You run onboarding, get them using the product, and set them up to grow.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role with a lot of freedom. You own the customer’s first months on Whop.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new education customers and get them live fast

• Move their programs, communities, and payments onto Whop

• Get them using the core product and the rest of the stack

• Spot accounts at risk early and fix the problem yourself

• Hand healthy, growing accounts to the account team

What We’re Looking For

• Operator background in education or coaching, or you have run your own online business

• Top performing CSM or onboarding lead at a high growth startup

• Strong at running many accounts at once without dropping any

• Comfortable talking to the person who owns the business

Compensation / perks

• Compensation range: $200,000 to $250,000

• Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office
