Job Description

• -Purpose:
• The aim is to extend and upgrade five existing high-voltage (HV) electrical substations as a turnkey project.
• This technical service will be carried out in Nigeria. This location could be changed according to the progress of the work and the project needs.
• Main Goals
• -Represent QA/QC and Quantity Surveying.
• -Implement the Project Quality Management System.
• -Measure completed works and validate subcontractor quantities.
• -Ensure compliance with ITPs and Quality Plans.
• -Coordinate inspections and audits.

• -Deliverables:
• -Review and follow the Quality Plans and ITPs.
• -Witness inspections.
• -Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) measurement and quantity verification
• -Manage None-Conformity Report (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPAs).
• -Control punch lists.
• -Compile turnover dossiers.
• -Issue weekly quality reports.
• -Coordinate Control Sheet and SAT with the onshore Company’s Team
• -Maintain quality records.
• -Prepare with the Onshore Team the First Of a Kind (FOaK)

Qualifications

• Requirements for Technical Services:
• -Minimum 10 years QA/QC experience and Quantity Surveying on HV substations.
• -ISO9001 and IEC knowledge.
• -Experience with construction and commissioning dossiers.
