- About the role
To provide essential user, process, and data support across PLM platforms, ensuring reliable system performance, high-quality data, and a positive end-user experience. The role contributes to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and future system transformation, with particular accountability for supporting master data quality, governance processes, and data standards.
Your responsibilities
- • Provide first-line support to PLM users, troubleshooting issues and escalating where required.
- • Document and track system incidents, user queries, and recurring issues to support root cause analysis and resolution.
- • Support testing, validation, and business readiness activities for system upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.
- • Assist in gathering user feedback and translating business needs into improvement opportunities.
- • Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, user guides, and training materials.
- • Support user onboarding, training delivery, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- • Perform routine data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to maintain process integrity.
- • Support data migration, data preparation, and data alignment activities across systems.
- • Assist in maintaining master data standards, naming conventions, and governance controls.
- • Support data quality monitoring, remediation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Contribute to data governance activities, including stewardship processes, audits, and compliance with established standards.
- • Collaborate with colleagues, business stakeholders, and IT&D partners to support operational and strategic objectives.
The experience we're looking for
- • Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Knowledge & Experience
- • Foundational knowledge of PLM systems or related enterprise platforms.
- • Understanding of master data concepts and data governance principles.
- • Experience supporting users, maintaining data, or operating business systems.
- • Experience working with structured data and data quality activities is desirable.
- Skills
- • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
