Building profitable franchise for SME.
Manage and arrest slippage and maintain portfolio quality
Collaborating with lenders to customise lending solutions
Managing front line sales for driving business
Managing key/strategic relation like channels like Branch & other channels for creating lead funnel.
Client Relationship Management in terms of risk & compliance
Building sourcing channel with sharp focus on sourcing through branch
