The role
Rime builds conversational voice models for customer-obsessed brands around the world. We’re a company with a foundation of expertise created out of a passion for speech and how AI can improve the human experience .
We’re building a marketing team that can tell our unique story, in a compelling way. Your job is to make sure the right buyers see that story, at the right moment, in the right place, again and again, until Rime is the obvious choice.
The perfect candidate for this role has deep knowledge of how to find and win our technical and business buyer (product, engineering leaders) with a thirst for experimentation. You know how to find out where our buyers hang out, what they read, what they trust and how they respond to different mediums. And you know how to prove what works and where to invest. You need to be an expert in B2B, complete buying committee demand generation.
What you'll do
Build and run Rime's demand engine, from the first touch to qualified pipeline, working backward from our revenue targets.
Know what resonates with our buyers, VPs of Product and technical builders at fast-growing customer obsessed brands, and the developers who influence them. Choose the format, length, tone, and channel for each, and orchestrate the sequence of touches that moves them.
Win in AI answer engines, and with all search that matters. Our buyers ask LLMs before they ask Google, and we must show up in those answers in a very compelling way.
Drive the strategy and partner with founders, product leaders and PMMs for exactly what we need.
Run ABM with input from our sales team, collaborating on creative campaigns to differentiate the Rime brand and to build the Rime pipeline of opportunities.
Shape our events strategy and help our field marketing lead execute brilliantly, without owning events yourself.
