Maintenance Manager

Lead all maintenance activities across the pasta manufacturing facility to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.
Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive TPM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and asset utilization.
Ensure efficient planning and execution of maintenance schedules while minimizing production interruptions.
Monitor and improve key maintenance KPIs, including equipment uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventories, and external service providers to optimize cost and performance.
Partner closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to achieve plant performance targets.
Identify and lead equipment upgrade, automation, and capital improvement projects.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team through effective leadership, performance management, and capability development.

Savola Foods Egypt is seeking a highly capable and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of one of our key pasta manufacturing facilities in 10th of Ramadan City. This role is critical to ensuring world-class manufacturing performance through equipment reliability, operational excellence, asset optimization, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead a team of maintenance professionals and play a key role in driving productivity, minimizing downtime, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and embedding a culture of proactive maintenance and operational excellence. We are looking for a strong people leader with a proven track record within FMCG manufacturing environments and hands-on experience implementing and sustaining Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
