Job Contents
This role is to ensure HSBC wealth management strategy is well established by initiating the product strategy, driving wealth management platform development, increase customer experience and operation efciency across product and customer segments covering from private bank, premier to one customers. The main functions include the following
- Understand and interpret customer needs and business information to make high quality and timely strategy and solutions within a commercial context
- Drive the wealth management profitability and market across propositions through integrated strategies and projects
- Grow wealth management customers by providing the leading product solution, proposition communication and technology platform with the best customer journey and experience
- Manage and implement project to meet the need from business, customer and comply with regulation requirement with the best efciency and efectiveness
- Provide the best wealth solution to customers with balance portfolio
- Assist frontline to grow wealth business by providing the support
- Oversee the wealth operation efciency and quality
- Supervise and ensure wealth business fully comply with the regulation and group guidelines
Skills Requirements
- University or above graduated
- Proven check record in financial industry with strong wealth knowledge
- Proven ability to achieve business targets and project management with sound track record
- Proven business judgement and customer insight
- Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, wealth solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities
- Strong leadership and teamwork capability
- Knowledge of local and Group compliance regulations
- Good English communication, MS Excel skill, MS PowerPoint skill
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing Chinese
- Trust L4 License(0~3M)
