Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Must be a Licensed Architect (PRC)
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, architectural site inspections, construction, fit-out, or post-construction projects
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, commercial, high-rise, or mixed-use developments is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, workmanship, construction standards, and quality control procedures
- Experienced in punch listing, defect rectification, turnover inspections, and project close-out activities
- Proficient in reviewing drawings, specifications, and site conditions
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Makati City
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA/QC inspections of architectural works and finishes
- Monitor project quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and quality documentation
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to address quality issues
- Verify completion of corrective actions and turnover requirements
- Support project close-out and turnover activities
