Guest Relations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Send pre-arrival and post-departure emails to guests.
- Conduct daily room inspections to ensure quality and readiness.
- Provide warm, personalized welcomes to all guests, especially VIPs and IHG One Rewards members.
- Build genuine guest relationships and conduct courtesy calls.
- Proactively handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests.
- Coordinate with all departments to deliver personalized guest experiences.
- Arrange welcome amenities, letters, and special occasion setups.
- Monitor and respond to guest satisfaction scores and online reviews.
- Promote IHG One Rewards and support guest enrollments.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on hotel offerings, Abdali Boulevard, and local attractions/events.
- Maintain accurate guest profile notes and follow up on guest requests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Warm, confident, and professional personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and local attractions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Familiarity with IHG One Rewards and guest satisfaction platforms is a plus.
- Flexible and able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
