We are looking for a talented Service Information and Training Development Specialist to join our team in Eaton Cummins Joint Venture (ECJV): Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies in Galesburg, MI.
This role is an employee of the Eaton Cummins Joint Venture (ECJV): Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies. Internal candidates are defined as employees of the ECJV.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Develop Service Solutions: Create clear, accurate technical service information that enables technicians to efficiently diagnose and repair products, helping maximize customer uptime and satisfaction.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain effective partnerships with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, suppliers, and service stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Deliver Effective Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate communications, training materials, and service documentation.
