Responsibilities:

• Managing payment processes and ensuring timely disbursements
• Managing payment approvals with accuracy
• Monitoring and forecasting cash positions
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Opening, maintaining, and closing bank accounts as needed
• Ensuring proper documentation and approvals for account changes
• Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all bank accounts, including account numbers, signatories, and authorized users
• Managing electronic banking platforms and ensuring secure access
• Generating reports on bank account activity, balances, and fees
• Preparing/revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitoring and managing multiple mailboxes
• Communicating (written and verbal) with various stake holders
• Strive for continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience
  
  

Qualifications:

• Candidate should be a Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance (BCom/MCom/MBA) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
