Nutrition Attendant

Under general supervision, performs a variety of food service tasks such as assembling patient meal trays, producing cold food items, portioning, review of patient meal tickets and preforming cleaning and organizational tasks. Adheres to all sanitary regulations governing the handling, storage, preparation and serving of food.
