Join our Bioprocess commercial Sales team as a Manager Regional Sales South and play a key role in driving profitable growth across the South region while strengthening customer partnerships that advance better health for more people. Based in Bangalore, India, you will lead regional sales activities, drive the execution of sales strategies, and contribute to the long-term success of our business through customer-focused solutions, strong commercial leadership, and effective use of SFDC to support operational excellence and sustainable growth.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

Implement the sales strategy within the assigned area of responsibility and drive and monitor sales performance to achieve business objectives
Actively use SFDC to manage and document leads, opportunities, customer interactions and sales activities while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
Analyze SFDC data for assigned customers to identify trends, generate customer insights and track sales performance
Build, develop and lead an efficient sales team that delivers customer satisfaction and business growth across the region
Manage the regional Integrated Solutions sales implementation process, including lead identification, strategic evaluation, selling cycle management and resulting business opportunities
Acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that support their objectives
Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise to strengthen the sales team's effectiveness and customer engagement
Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and serve as a key communication link between customers and internal teams
Provide regular progress updates, forecasts and business reports using key account metrics
Identify opportunities to improve market coverage and strengthen regional market presence
Support customers by providing insights that help address product and service usage-related challenges
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, conferences and professional associations

What will convince us

Academic degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field
Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience
Minimum of 5+ year of relevant industry experience, preferably within Life Science
Hands-on knowledge and proactive usage of SFDC and other CRM tools
Ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable sales recommendations
Ability to effectively present technical information to diverse audiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
Excellent negotiation, organizational, problem-solving and influencing skills
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as financial and business tools
