Corporate Communications Lead Analyst, AI and Technology

The way that companies share their stories with the world in the age of AI-powered search is changing every day. In that context, the Lead Analyst, AI and Technology, is responsible for empowering the UL Solutions' Corporate Communications function to identify, adopt, and optimize technologies that enhance the company’s ability to communicate its core identity. This role serves as a key resource for advancing the department's AI, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and analytical capabilities, working closely with the Comms Leadership Team and across the corporate comms function.
The primary function of this role is to help enable the corporate communications team to better influence the visibility and discoverability of UL Solutions as a thought leader within AI and Large Language Model (LLM)-powered search, which includes supporting efforts to measure and improve those outcomes. To do so, this individual evaluates emerging technologies, develops measurement frameworks, and supports the adoption of new tools and capabilities across the communications function.
The ideal candidate combines an understanding of communications and content ecosystems with expertise in technology, analytics and emerging digital trends. All industries will be considered, however it is likely the ideal candidate comes from an established agency or a tech-enabled in-house role at a fast-moving startup or growing public company. Regardless of industry background, this individual is naturally curious, highly collaborative and passionate about translating insights on new technologies into tactics and strategies that will help Corporate Communications operate more effectively and deliver greater impact.
