The Senior Operations Finance Manager serves as a strategic business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Division Finance leadership. This role is responsible for leading financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and business decision support across Materials, Value Add, Inventory, Capital, and Strategic Projects. The position plays a critical role in driving operational performance, productivity improvements, cost optimization, and financial transparency throughout LNCA. The individual collaborates across functions to lead key initiatives, provide actionable insights to executive leadership, and developed a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement and value creation.

Lead finance strategy and decision support across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sourcing functions. Partner with business leaders to drive operational performance, cost optimization, inventory management, forecasting, and strategic investments. Responsibilities include overseeing material and value-add cost analysis, inventory and working capital initiatives, budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and business case development for key operational projects. Manage and develop high-performing finance teams while delivering actionable insights that improve profitability and support business growth.
