Job Summary
The intern may support various departments and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. They will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the organization, assist with field inspection and documentation of survey control points, updating spreadsheets and CAD drawings, assisting with mineral resource and reserve documentation, exposure to real-time gps-based guidance systems, documentation of permitting activities and requirements. This internship would be a combination on in office and field work.
Essential Functions
- Assist with various tasks and projects assigned by supervisor and team members.
- Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects or initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input or suggestions as appropriate.
- Support the development and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools.
- Adhere to company policy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Seek opportunities to learn and grow in field of interest.
- Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently ad within specified deadlines.
- May perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Attend/complete training as needed to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Other duties as assigned.
