Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
  • Verify products and deliverables against defined specifications and standards.
  • Identify, document, and report quality deviations and non-conformities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Conduct audits and quality checks.
  • Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
  • Support implementation of quality control processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality and safety standards.

Defect Analysis & Improvement

  • Analyze defects and identify root causes.
  • Work with engineering and operations teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor quality metrics and trends.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare quality inspection reports and dashboards.
  • Track quality issues through closure.
  • Maintain records of inspections, testing results, and corrective actions.
