A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will need to work independently, adapt quickly to changes, and communicate effectively. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ticketing System: Day to day Salesforce and quote issue resolution and support for sales department employees
Acquisition Integration: Assist M&A integration team with data and systems migrations for acquired organizations
Data Integrity: Ensure and organize all accounts and opportunities are assigned to the correct salesperson
Manage internal systems: Maintain and administer all internal systems within sales, including setting up and managing users

Must be able to speak and write English fluently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a matrix environment and work well with people in different departments
