E&i General Foreman

The E&I G/FM is responsible for supervising & controlling the construction crew(s) assigned to the project including Foremen, Charge hands, Technicians, etc for the timely completion of project and in accordance with the project Quality and HSE requirements.
He reports to the E&I Construction Manager/ Site Engineer assigned to the Project. He uses his discretion in establishing short term priorities and objectives including allocation of workforce, tools and equipment.
