For this Site Supervisor position
Key Responsibilities :
- Warehouse Operations Management :
- Oversee inbound, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound activities.
- Ensure daily warehouse operations are executed efficiently and according to established procedures.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
- Ensure customer service requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Inventory Management :
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock integrity.
- Manage cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Team Leadership and People Management :
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team.
- Set performance objectives and monitor employee productivity.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) :
- Ensure full compliance with company and legal health and safety requirements.
- Promote a safe working environment and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Conduct safety inspections and support incident investigations.
- Ensure warehouse security standards are maintained.
- Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and report warehouse KPIs.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Drive Continuous Improvement, and First Choice initiatives.
- Support productivity and cost optimization projects.
- Customer Service and Stakeholder Management
- Lead and supervise the teams responsible for day-to-day customer interactions and service delivery.
- Ensure customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational commitments are consistently met.
- Monitor customer service performance and drive corrective actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Logistics.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience.
- Experience managing operational teams within a logistics or supply chain environment.
