CBS - Finance - Controlling & Reporting Senior Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance Controlling & Reporting Team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting financial reporting, controlling, and analysis activities while collaborating with local stakeholders as well as Regional and Global Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and delivery of periodic financial and management reports.
- Analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
- Assist in financial controlling and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders across different functions to gather, validate, and interpret financial information.
- Coordinate with Regional and Global Finance teams on reporting requirements and deliverables.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and reporting efficiency enhancements.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Controlling, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business insights.
- Experience in preparing financial reports, management reports, and analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
