Job Description
POSITION: Senior Associate
REPORTS TO: Assistant Vice President/Vice President
LOCATION: Hyderabad, India

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelors or a Master’s degree in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of real world experience in the accounting department
- Functional Knowledge of on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, Cash Management.
- Experience with testing, configuration, and issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes across teams
- Experience in using Oracle ERP system.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Support integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution
- Perform system configuration or development
EDUCATION: Bachelors or a Master’s degree in Accounting.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE FOR IMPLEMENTATION or Support:
• Oracle Financial cloud (i.e. GL, AP, AR, FA, CE )
COMPENSATION:
Compensation will be attractive, competitive and will include base salary and incentive compensation appropriate for the management level.
