The Signia by Hilton San Jose, a premium full-service property with over 541 guest rooms is looking for a Security Officer to join the team. Across the street from Plaza de César Chávez Park and within walking distance of the San Jose Convention Center, our property offers a prime location in the capital of Silicon Valley. Setting the stage for a new class of business travel, you’ll find over 55,000 sq. ft. of meeting and function space.
A Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Shift Pattern: AM PM (weekends required)
The ideal candidate for this position will:
Have open and flexible availability to work Weekdays, Weekends and Holidays.
Have or able to obtain a PSO (Proprietary Private Security Officer) license or Guard Card upon hire.
Have 1 year of security officer experience (or military/police officer background)
